FOUNDER & CEO

Susannah is the Founder and CEO of Tourlami — a plant-based ingredients company specializing in plant-based butter for professional use. As a baker with over 12 years of experience working in top kitchens — including her time as Head Baker at b. Patisserie in San Francisco and Head of Pastry and Viennoiserie at noma partnered Hart Bageri in Copenhagen, she felt the disconnect between her personal and professional lives when she became plant-based in 2016. Tourlami was created to bring the highest quality plant-based ingredients to the foodservice space.
